  • Opposition: right that assists the Clients/Partners/Suppliers to oppose, free of charge, the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes;
  • Data Portability: right for Customers/Partners/Suppliers to receive the personal data they have provided to the company in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another controller;
  • Limitation of Processing: right that Clients/Partners/Suppliers have, if in certain circumstances they request the company to limit the processing of their data, namely:

♦ when they contest the accuracy of their personal data, for a period that allows the company to verify its accuracy;
♦ if the processing is lawful and the Customers/Partners oppose the erasure of the data and instead request the limitation of its use;
♦ when the company no longer requires the personal data from the Customers/Partners for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings.

Clients/Partners may, at any time, withdraw their consent, where applicable, by writing to the above-mentioned e-mail address or address.

Answers to your requests may be provided in writing or by electronic means. Replies shall be provided, without undue delay, within 1 month of receipt of the request, or within 2 months of informing the data subject where the request is complex or there are several requests.

Clients/Partners/Suppliers of the company also have the right to lodge complaints with the Portuguese Supervisory Authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, without prejudice to their right to use other administrative or judicial channels if they consider that the company, or any other person or entity processing their data on behalf of the company, has violated any of their rights as a data subject.
